Do you have a towing service?

We do not provide a towing service, however, we do refer our customers directly to Freedom Towing at 410-992-9665. Freedom provides a reliable 24 hour towing service and it is not necessary that you accompany your vehicle to the shop. You can rely on the tow truck driver to deliver your car to Danneman's in a responsible manner. We will add the towing bill to your Danneman's invoice. 

Do you do body work?

We do mechanical repairs only. All body work is referred to Crash Masters, Inc., our neighbor. Please note that we do not refer business to this shop simply because it is our neighbor. We refer our customers to Crash Masters, Inc. because they do high quality body work. You will find that Crash Masters, Inc. is very concerned with quality and customer satisfaction. Remember that to get high quality, the job might take a little longer, but we think it is better to be without your car a little longer and "love" the repair work rather than get your car back earlier and be disappointed with the job.

What can be done to fix the ceiling inside my car that is falling down?

The ceiling inside your car is called a headliner. It is common for these to loosen and eventually droop significantly in the older cars. Sometimes the drooping can obstruct visibility and pose a safety hazard. You have three options:

1)The cheapest thing to do is to remove the headliner as best as possible and live with the ugly appearance.

2)The most expensive option is to install a factory headliner.

3) Our recommendation is to let Kevin's Upholstery install a new headliner in your car. His prices are reasonable and his work is superb.

Can I supply my own parts?

We do not let you provide your own parts for the same reason a restaurant does not let you supply your own food. We make money by selling both service and parts. Furthermore, we have spent a lot of time and energy researching the best parts to offer to our customers and have found that all parts do not have the same level of quality.

Do you provide loaner cars?

We do not provide loaner cars, but we do offer a shuttle service within the immediate Laurel vicinity. Additionally, you can choose between two rental car companies that will be happy to pick you up and return you to our shop.

Can you direct me to where I can find hard-to-find parts?

We carry many discontinued parts (new and used) for the older model Sabb 95, 96, 99, 900, and Sonett. Generally, we offer a wide assortment of parts and accessories. Please call us for specific inquiries. Click here to review our clearance items..
