Danneman's award-winning service features an immaculate modern 8-bay shop equipped with the latest technical tools to diagnose, repair and service your Swedish automobile. Our staff receives ongoing technical training and provides a high level of service that has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine and a highly regarded consumer agency. We have also been honored as "Business of the Year" by the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber of Commerce and voted the top auto repair facility in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Delaware by the WMDA Service Station and Automotive Repair Association.

Although we have a good reputation and are pleased to receive so much recognition, we have found that most of our new customers are the result of word-of-mouth referrals. To express our gratitude, a coupon for a free oil & filter change is mailed to each person for each new customer household that is referred to us.

Most of the service that we provide is done by appointment and most repairs can be completed in one day. We have a comfortable waiting area with a complimentary coffee service and fresh popcorn. Car rentals can be arranged for you with pick-up and delivery at our shop. Although most of our work is done by appointment, if you have a vehicle emergency we will do everything within our power to get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.

We believe in preventive maintenance and although we are not a new car dealer, we can perform routine service work on your car that is required to maintain your warranty. We will stamp your owner's manual and document that the procedures recommended in your service manual were performed. We can do any work that you would normally pay the new car dealer to do. We do not perform repairs that the dealer will do under warranty. We will inform you when we discover problems with your car that should be repaired under warranty by the dealer.

Our standards are high and you can count on us to be honest with you and do our best for you. We honor your rights as our customer:

*	You may request a written estimate for repairs which cost in excess of $50.00.
*	You may not be charged any amount 10% in excess of the written estimate without your consent.
*	You are entitled to the return of any replaced parts except when parts are required to be returned to the manufacturer under a warranty agreement.
*	Repairs not originally authorized by you may not be charged to you without your consent.
